2/ Functional work:
- Direct brands positioning
- Be responsible for overall control of the marketing function for all categories: product development, brand strategy, market execution, product evaluation and planning.
- Plan, develop, recommend and implement marketing strategies and policies.
- Set targets and objectives.
- Develop marketing strategies and action plans to penetrate identified new markets and promote company range of products.
- Review competitor products and performance.
- Understand the consumer trends
- Coordinate execution of marketing projects within the organization and with external suppliers.
- Manage and control expense budgets and costs on all marketing activities within budget.
- Implement market strategy to maximize profitability.
- Initiate research studies on the analyses of market segmentation to identity future market opportunities.
- Develop marketing activities to fit new product strategy.
- Graduated from University or above with Marketing function
- Be excellent in communication organization, negotiation, problem-solving, analysis, planning, management
- Proficiency in English, computer
- Be active, initiative, innovation, enthusiastic, interpersonal, independent, and be a good team player
- At least 2 years at them same position, 5 years in FMCG or cosmetics field is priority
